Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, road/traffic conditions, road closures, mechanical failure or conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising from delayed departure or arrival times including missed flights and/or travel connections are your sole responsibility.
For major delays or detours required to reach your destination, a time or distance based surcharge may be added.

​Extra Wait Time
If you need extra time beyond the scheduled pick-up time, please communicate with your driver to determine their availability. 15 minutes of wait time is complimentary. At the airport, up to 45 minutes of wait time is complimentary after your commercial flight arrives at the gate.
Beyond the complimentary wait times, extra wait time is billed at $100/hr in 15 minute increments.

Vehicle Damage
You assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by any member of your party. This includes but is not limited to damage to leather seats and carpets.

Cleaning
A cleaning fee will be charged if the company is required to expend an extended amount of time or material to clean the vehicle due to spills or stains, or if excessive amounts of mud, dirt, or trash are left inside the vehicle.

Lost & Found
Even though we are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle, we will make reasonable efforts to return them. If you left something in the vehicle, please contact us and make arrangements to have your items returned to you.

Payment is required to book your reservation, or you may save a credit card with us.​ For customers with a saved credit card, we will typically wait until after the ride to collect payment but reserve the right to charge your card up to 24 hours before the pick-up time or your flight's scheduled arrival time.

Reservation Cancellations​​
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We will provide a cancellation confirmation for your records. Charges for canceled reservations are based on the time we receive your cancellation notice:
24-hour minimum notice
There is no charge for customers that have a saved credit card with us. Prepaid amounts will be refunded at 80% with 20% as a nonrefundable booking fee.
Between 24-hours and 2-hours
The base fare from the reservation will be charged. Extra services such as car seats, stops, meet & greet service, as well as driver gratuity will not be charged or will be refunded.
2-hour or less notice
The entire amount of the reservation including driver gratuity will be charged. No prepaid amounts will be refunded.​

No Shows
"No shows" will be charged the entire amount of the reservation including driver gratuity. No prepaid amounts will be refunded. You will be considered a "no show" if your driver is unable to contact you within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time or within 45 minutes of your commercial flight's arrival time.

Commercial Flights
Your driver will monitor your delayed or early arriving flight and will be ready for you when you land.
Canceled Flights
If your arriving flight is canceled, your driver will not show up at the airport, and you will not be charged. Please contact us to book a new reservation with your new flight information. Prepaid amounts will be applied to your new reservation or will be refunded at 80%.
Diverted Flights
If your arriving flight is diverted more than 2 hours before the expected arrival time, your driver will not show up at the airport, and you will not be charged. Please contact us to book a new reservation with your new flight information. Prepaid amounts will be applied to your new reservation or will be refunded at 80%.

If your arriving flight is diverted 2 hours or less before the expected arrival time, the entire amount of the reservation including driver gratuity will be charged. No prepaid amounts will be refunded. Please contact us to book a new reservation with your new flight information.

Departing Flights
For rides to the airport, we do not monitor the status of departing flights, and your driver will pick you up as scheduled. If you choose to cancel your reservation, our cancellation policy will apply.

​Reservation Changes
Reservation changes are free of charge, but all changes are contingent on our availability. If we can not accommodate your change request, and you choose to cancel your reservation, then our 24-hour cancellation policy will apply.
